Refund & Return Policy

At Sunday Lads, each product is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we maintain a limited return policy to ensure product quality and fairness.

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or offer replacements if an item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Normal wear and tear

Please make sure to review sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

Resolution Process

Once your claim is reviewed:

  • If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund

  • In most cases, you will not be required to return the item

Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • First check your bank account again

  • Then contact your payment provider

Shipping & International Orders

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, taxes, or VAT may apply and are determined by the destination country. These charges are not controlled by Sunday Lads and are the responsibility of the customer.

If a return is approved, customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

  • Packages lost due to carrier issues after confirmed delivery
