Shipping Policy

At Sunday Lads, all products are made to order and shipped directly to you.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7-9 business days

  • Canada & United Kingdom: 11-17 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package.


Delays

Shipping times may be affected by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or high order volume. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Sunday Lads is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim.


International Shipping

For international orders, customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or VAT upon delivery. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by Sunday Lads. Any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.
